Cancellations within 7 days
The booking deposit is not refunded when a cancellation is made within 7 days of the booking.
More than 7 days notice
Where more than 7 days notice is given, the deposit is added to the customer's Northwest Gaming account. That credit can be used towards another booking within 6 months.
